Mohammed Mohammed Thabit is a volunteer for the Forum for Cities in Transitions (FCT). He headed up the Baghdad delegation to attend their first FCT Forum at Kirkuk in 2012 and coordinated the Baghdad delegation to attend the Kaduna FCT 2013.

Mohammed’s experience was with the Iraqi Government after 2003. Mohammed occupied the position of Director of Public Relations for the Vice President of Iraq; he worked as the Director of Protocol for the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament. He developed Iraqi Presidency Structure from 2006 to 2010, put plans for staff capacities building, training course inside & abroad Iraq.
Mohammed holds Bachelor degree in English Art\Language from Baghdad 2003, Diploma in International Diplomat certificate from Germany Foreign Institute 2009, Master degree in Public Administration from United States 2012, Ph.D. in Policy Analysis from United States in 2014.

Katie Adams

Katie Adams has been a volunteer for the Forum for Cities in Transition since its founding in 2009.  She holds a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, an M.Phil. in Reconciliation Studies from Trinity College, Dublin, and a BA in International Relations from American University.

Candyce Carragher is an FCT volunteer who assisted on conferences in Northern Ireland, Iraq and Nigeria. Currently, she is working on her Master’s degree at the University of Massachusetts Boston’s John W. McCormack Graduate School of Policy & Global Studies in the Conflict Resolution, Human Security & Global Governance Department. She is the Business and Grants Manager for the McCormack Graduate School. Candyce received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
